Oz Street, the company’s current CFO, COO, and CCO, will retire after 15 years of service with CCF and its predecessor firms, according to a statement released today by Callodine Commercial Finance. To replace Mr Street in his position, CCF has hired Manulife’s Stephen Rainville.
“He has been a key contributor to our team, and on behalf of the entire company, we wish him all the best in his retirement. We are thrilled to have Steve join the company and are anticipating the expertise and skill set he will bring to our expanding platform.
Gene Martin, CEO of CCF, said, “I want to take the opportunity to personally thank Oz for all that he has done for our firm over the course of the last decade,”
“He has been an instrumental member of our team, and on behalf our entire organization, we wish him the very best in retirement. We are excited to welcome Steve to the firm and look forward to the experience and set of skills that he will bring to our growing platform.”
With more than 17 years of experience, Mr. Rainville comes to CCF from Manulife Investment Management, where he most recently served as Managing Director in the Private Equity and Credit group and was in charge of overseeing the financial and operational aspects of one of the company’s private credit strategies. To ease the transition, Mr. Rainville will begin in June 2022 and work alongside Mr. Street.
