Adam Rivera has been named Chief Legal Officer of Inbenta, a conversational AI platform that aims to improve customer experience. Rivera will be in charge of overseeing Inbenta’s legal, compliance, and regulatory oversight in her capacity as chief legal officer.
Rivera joins Inbenta from DoorDash, where he oversaw a platform-wide global privacy compliance team in his capacity as a senior privacy leader. At Refinitiv, which the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) later acquired, Rivera also held the position of Head of Privacy, Americas. Rivera has extensive experience in international law and has become an expert in M&A, privacy, data governance, and cyber security.
As Inbenta navigates new challenges, rapid adoption, and regulatory interest, Rivera’s duties include assisting Inbenta in maintaining its leadership position as an ethical provider of Conversational AI solutions.
